Market Research Specialist

If you are interested in:
  • defining the company needs of different types of market surveys
    and advise on the best approach to research problems;
  • defining, organizing and monitoring the implementation of both quantitative
    and qualitative surveys conducted by external market research agencies;
  • preparing analysis upon request based on the raw data from external surveys;
  • organizing, participating and implementing in-house marketing surveys (telephone or online)
    - design questionnaires, define appropriate samples, analyse results,
    prepare insight reports and presentations;
  • monitoring and assessing competitors’ activities on the market, prepare competitive summaries
    and trend reports on selected topics;
  • ensuring accuracy of figures, logical consistency and overall quality of work.

And you have:
  • University degree in Sociology, Marketing or Statistics;
  • at least two years experience in designing and managing quantitative research projects
    will be considered as a plus;
  • knowledge of different survey methods, data collection techniques and methods
    for data analyses will be considered as an advantage;
  • excellent communication, organizational and numerical skills;
  • good analytical skills and willingness to further develop skills in data processing;
  • self-driven, responsible and organized person with ability to meet deadlines;
  • very good command of English language - written and spoken;
  • very good Excel skills; SPSS will be considered as an advantage.
