Account Balance
You can check your account balance in any of the following ways:
- dial *101# and you will receive information about your current account balance and the expiry date of your Prima card. The service is free of charge.
- through the Post-Call Notification service on your cell phone – it provides you with information about your account balance every time you make a paid phone call or use a paid service. Data Prima users have the Post-Call Notification service is activated by deafult.
Information about free minutes, text and multimedia messages, and MBs
- To check your free text messages by entering *101#05# and pressing the dial button.
- To check your free MBs by entering *101#03# and pressing the dial button.
- To check your free multimedia messages by entering *101#06# and pressing the dial button.
- To check your free minutes to M-Tel's network by entering *101#07# and pressing the dial button.
- To check your free minutes to Friends & Family group by entering *101#04# and pressing the dial button.
- To check your free minutes to a VIP number by entering *101#01# and pressing the dial button.
You can also recharge your Prima card by simply purchasing a new voucher from any M-Tel shop or Prima dealer, entering *100#code of the voucher# and pressing the dial button.
