M-Tel MPAY is the service that gives you the opportunity, to register, check and pay all kinds of monthly bills via your mobile phone through the Vodafone live! portal.
In order to use the service you need to have a mobile phone with the required settings for access to the Vodafone live! portal and a valid bank card. The service is positioned on the third tab of the Vodafone live! portal at the following address: http://live.mtel.bg/mymtel

Payments are made from the account of the same bank card, which needs to be one-time registered beforehand. The important thing is that you may register your payment tool (bank card) entirely through your mobile phone (banks that issue certain debit cards have a requirement clients to allow internet payments at ATMs).

The service gives you the following opportunities:

• To register, check and pay monthly bill obligations towards the following merchants:
-    Chez Electro
-    ViK – Varna
-    Sofijska voda
-    M-Tel
-    Selinet
-    Globul
-    Vivatel
-    BTC
-    Evrokom Cabel
-    Toplofikaciya Sofia
-    Toplofikaciya Bourgas
-    Overgas INK
-    Max Telekom

• To re-charge yours or someone elses Prima
• To check the current balance on your registered payment tool (bank card)
• To check the transactions you made through M-Tel MPAY

It is important to know:

• The browsing in the Vodafone live! portal for clients who are its subscribers is absolutely free
• In order to pay your M-Tel bill obligation through internet, ATM or mobile phone you need to know the 4-digit personal code from your invoice. You can check it by sending a free of charge SMS to 1590. The service is available to all private M-Tel subscribers.
• The registration of every bank card costs clients 1 BGN paid to the  operator of the payment system EBG.BG
• Bank cards that can be registered in order to make payments through the M-Tel MPAY service: Debit cards with the Borika logo (they need an extra activation at ATM), MAESTRO BG, VISA BG
• M-Tel MPAY service is not available for clients having bank cards of UBB (United Bulgarian Bank) and CCB(Central Cooperative Bank).
