Pay by Transcard
With Transcard credit cards you can pay your M-Tel bills online, at Transcard kiosks as well as POS terminals at Petrol gas stations. To do so you need the following:
- a Transcard credit card
- your customer number, invoice number and due amount from your M-Tel invoice.
To pay your M-Tel bills using Transcard’s web page, www.transcard.bg, enter your card’s number and е-PIN and then select „Bills payment” and „Payment of Mobiltel bill”.
Pay at KIOSK
To pay using Transcard’s KIOSK terminals you need to identify yourself: swipe your card through the card reader and then enter your PIN. Next select „Bills payment” and „ Payment of Mobiltel bill”, enter the relevant details and confirm the payment.
Pay via POS terminal
You can pay at a POS terminal at Petrol gas stations. A Petrol employee will read the card and enter the relevant data; after that a receipt will be printed with details of the payment to M-Tel. To confirm it enter your PIN.
