Pay using M-Tel MPAY
M-Tel MPAY is a service that enables you to register, check and pay all your monthly bills using your mobile phone and the Vodafone live! portal. To use the service you need to have a mobile phone with access to the Vodafone live! portal as well as a valid bank card. Find the service on the third tab of the Vodafone live! portal at the following address: http://live.mtel.bg/mymtel.
Payments are made from your pre-registered bank card. Please note that you may register your bank card using your mobile phone only (debit card issued may ask you to allow online payments with your card at an ATMs).
What you can use M-Tel MPAY for enables you to do the following:
- Register, check and pay monthly bills to the following providers :
- CEZ
- ViK – Varna (Varna water utility company)
- Sofiyska voda (Sofia water utility company)
- M-Tel
- Selinet
- Globul
- Vivacom
- blizoo
- Toplofikatsia Sofia (Sofia heating utility company)
- Toplofikatsia Burgas (Burgas heating utility company)
- Overgas INK
- Max Telecom
- Top up yours or a friend’s prepaid Prima card
- Check out the current balance on your bank card
- Check out transactions you have made using M-Tel MPAY
- Browsing on the Vodafone live! portal is free for customers who have it on their plan.
- To pay your M-Tel bill online, using an ATM or your mobile, you need the 4-digit personal code from your invoice. To check it out text a message to 1590 free of charge. The service is available to all M-Tel residential customers.
- Registering a bank card is charged at 1 lev (goes to EBG.BG).
- Bank cards that can be registered to make payments using M-Tel MPAY include: debit cards carrying the Borika logo (they need to be activated at an ATM), MAESTRO BG, VISA BG.
- M-Tel MPAY is unavailable to holders of bank cards issued by UBB (United Bulgarian Bank) and CCB (Central Cooperative Bank).
