Pay using еPay Voice
To pay your bill using ePay Voice you need to have a debit card issued by any of the banks working with ePay Voice. Also, you need to pre-register it in one of the following ways:
- Initial registration at a bank – you need to fill out a form with your bank card details, the phones you are going to use to check the due amounts, and which phone numbers or phones you would like to pay for. The bank will generate an 8-digit access code which you need to enter after you call 088 190006. Now that you have activated the service you will receive an individual 4-digit user code. The code both boosts your security and allows the use of the same phone by several users.
- Initial registration at an ATM You need to select from the main ATM menu “Other services”, “Bills payment”, “ePayVoice”, “Registration”. To confirm your registration enter your PIN and after that you will view on the ATM’s screen the 8-digit access code (also printed on the ATM receipt). The next step is to call 088 190010; activate the service by entering your PIN. The system will automatically generate a 4-digit individual user code that you can use to access the system. The phone from which you registered is then bound to the generated code and future payments can only be made from this same phone using the right code.
To pay follow the steps:
- Dial 088 1900. Once the system identifies the phone you are calling from, it will request that you enter the 4-digit customer code to identify you. After you hear the due amount, confirm the payment using the 4-digit code.
- ePayVoice will send details of the transaction to BORIKA, which will reply with a code for successful payment or an error notice. If the payment is successful, you will hear the code and you may use it as a reference tool with either M-Tel or your bank.
