Pay your bills at ATM

Paying your bills this way is fast and easy as you don’t need to register at your bank or an ATM (bank cash machine). You can pay your bills and deposit cash at all ATMs across the country on a 24-hour basis. Payments can be made using national and international debit and credit cards. Your card issuer needs to be participating in the Borika scheme or have an authorization center. Banks participating in the Borika scheme: UniCredit Bulbank; CB Allianz Bulgaria, BNP Paribas (Bulgaria) EAD, CB D AD (Demirbank), Emporiki Bank – Bulgaria EAD, CB Investbank AD, ING Bank, Corporate Commercial Bank AD, Municipal Bank AD, Pireos Bulgaria Bank AD (EUROBANK), Postbank, ProCredit Bank, First Investment Bank, Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria), SG Expressbank, Economic and Investment Bank, TOKUDA Bank, Plovdiv, Central Cooperative Bank, Unionbank AD.

Pay and deposit cash by Borika national debit cards

To pay your account or make a cash deposit please follow the on-screen intstructions. Go to “Other services”, “Bill payment” on the ATM menu, then select Mobiltel and Bill payment or Cash deposit.

• Enter the mobile number you want to pay a bill for
• Enter the personal code from your invoice (in the case of „Cash deposit” this step is omitted).
  On the screen you will view the amount due. You need to confirm the payment entering your card’s PIN code. If the payment was successful and in case you had requested a receipt, the ATM will print a receipt with details of the payment. Information on the payment is sent to us and we will automatically register it.
• Pay using international credit cards at ATM (B-Pay)
  This service enables you to use of international debit and credit cards such as VISA, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro.
• Paying this way is quick and convenient. You just need to the B-Pay code of the provider which is to receive your payment.

How to top up:

• Select the following from ATM’s main menu: Other services > B-Pay
  Enter the B-Pay code of your provider. Mobiltel bill code is 86 000. Mobiltel deposit code is 24 001.
• Enter additional details to help the provider identify you, e.g. customer number, personal identification number, number of contract, personal code, etc. Upon paying a bill or making a cash deposit to Mobiltel you need to enter your number in „Personal code”, e.g. 08XXXXXXXX.
• Having entered the required data, the screen will display information with the name of the merchant, a short description of the payment, the amount, the due amount and your account balance your prior to the payment. Confirm the payment by entering your card’s PIN code.
