Mobile VPN
Especially for the business society in Bulgaria Mtel has developed the Mobile VPN service. The aim of this service is to ensure convenient mobile communications for everybody who needs good coordination, fast and continuous communication for decision making in everyday work. Mobile VPN is a virtual group of Mtel phones owned by the same company. The service can be used by any legal entity, branch of legal entity or sole trader registered in Bulgaria. To activate the new functionalities of the service, you need to conclude an additional agreement for Mobile VPN. Each Ñompany can create only one Mobile VPN and include in it both existing and new SIM cards.With Mobile VPN you can use the following standard functionalities:
- Establish a Virtual Private Network of at least two voice SIM cards, and the calls between them will be charged at preferential prices.
- Reduce the costs for mobile communication in your Ñompany.
- Receive notification when you are reaching your credit limit.
- Continue using your mobile phone, even if some of the other phones of the Ñompany are temporarily out of use for credit limit overdraft.
With Mobile VPN you can receive the following new advanced functionalities
- Optimize the communication in your Company by using short dialing between mobile phones of your Mobile VPN – on every mobile phone a short number is attached and the phone can be reached by dialing this short number.
- Increase the activity and coordination in your Company by using mobile communications under extremely favorable financial terms.
- Exercise strong and effective control over the usage of mobile phones from your employees by applying special outgoing calls profiles.
- Effectively differentiate outgoing calls from your mobile phones to business and private by introducing the unique Working Time functionality for your Mobile VPN.
- Manage by yourself the settings of your Mobile VPN, to activate and deactivate service functionalities for your employees’ SIM cards over the unique Interface for electronic administration of Mobile VPN. This web interface is accessible for an authorised person of your Company through www.mtel.bg with username and password.
Notes:
- The preferential pricing on calls within the VPN / Holding depends on the tariff plan of the end user
- Mobile VPN preferential prices do not apply to outgoing calls in roaming
- The new functionalities of Mobile VPN can be used only by corporate customers with at least 10 active voice SIM cards and after signing of Additional Agreement to their contract with M-Tel.
- Each company can create only one Mobile VPN.
