With Electronic invoice service you will be aware of your monthly payments. If you want to take advantages of the service, follow these steps:
- register at www.mtel.bg
- enter your mobile number in your profile at My M-Tel » My GSM
- enter the five-digit PIN code from your invoice copy at My M-Tel » My E-Invoice.
Your information is protected by a combination of password and user name you use every time you access your profile. With Electronic invoice service you have access to your last 12 months invoices. If you have more than one contract – you need to register only once.

- deal easily with the content of your monthly invoice

To terminate your monthly paper invoice you have to dial *88 or visit our M-Tel shop.
The other way
If you wish to stop receiving a monthly paper invoice, but you don’t want to use Electronic invoice service – you have an alternative. Stay informed for your monthly payments by connecting the voice menu at *88 or by visiting M-Tel shop.
The reward
Your little gesture will be symbolically rewarded – everyone who takes advantage of the Invoice hardcopy termination service till 31.12.2010 will receive for free 20 SMS, 20 MMS and 20 minutes for video call for 5-month period.*
*The discount is valid in M-Tel's network only. The term of the contract must exceed the 5-month period. The free SMS, MMS and the minutes for video call are not transferable to a next billing period.
