- Business calls include all business customers within M-Tel’s network, excluding mobile VPN numbers and value added services and other specialized services numbers. You can check whether a given mobile number is a business number by texting a message to 1792 free of charge. Type in the number in question: "08xxxxxxxx".
- Calls within Mobile VPN include outgoing voice calls to your Mobile VPN numbers.
- Free minutes for national calls exclude business calls and calls within mobile VPN, calls to numbers for value added services and other specialized numbers (including 131 and *88), data and fax numbers, and WAP outgoing calls.
- Unused minutes, texts and megabytes are not rolled over to the next billing cycle.
- All other services are charged as per M-Tel’s rates.
- Charging mobile internet usage is per 1 KB.
- One minute minimum call charge and per second charging afterwards.
- The included mobile internet traffic is only valid for M-Tel’s mobile network.
- 1GB equals 1024MB.
- Monthly credit limits per SIM card effective 06.06.2011:
- 50 leva (VAT excluded) - monthly credit limit for a new SIM card if the customer has not had a contractwith M-Tel for more than 3 months.
- 300 leva (VAT excluded) - monthly credit limit, provided upon request from a customer with an existing SIM card, must have paid 3 bills.
