Career Opportunities for young professionals
The company is open to young people with potential for development, who wish to get to know the telecommunication business by making their first career steps in our company.
Each year we offer internship opportunity to students who meet a set of requirements and are willing to expand their knowledge and acquire practical skills in a business environment. The internship is paid, and it lasts 1-6 months depending on interns’ individual programs and company needs. Upon completion the program, before the best interns stand good chances of being hired at permanent positions in the company or they can keep working on various projects alongside the best professionals in the industry.

Requirements for applicants
- Eligible applicants should have completed their third year of studies
- Excellent computer literacy
- Very good command of English
- Interests in a specific area in telecommunications
- Previous job experience not required
Application
Students who wish to participate in M-Tel’s internship program must apply for current internship positions via an electronic application form available on the corporate website www.mtel.bg.
All submissions will be considered and a short list will be selected for subsequent interviews. Only short-listed applicants will receive feedback and additional information about the selection process.
Internship program
At the start of the program each intern is introduced to their job and responsibilities by a mentor who prepares an internship plan and supervises it. Training sessions and feedback meetings are organized in the midterm as are visits to various departments and directorates of interest to trainees. At the end of the program the mentor and the intern assess whether tasks were achieved and how effective the program was. Successful graduate trainees receive their certificates at a special ceremony.
