The Friends and Family group includes only numbers from the mobile network of M-Tel. VAS numbers, short numbers and numbers beginning with 098 86 or 098 87 cannot be included.
- The Friends and Family numbers can be entered and changed through the automatic voice menu on *88. Every number can be changed once per month. The first 6 enterings or changes are free of charge after which the price is 0.60 BGN.
Price per minute to Friends & Family after the free minutes are used-up – 0.10 BGN
Price per minute to within the Mtel network after the free minutes are used-up – 0.16 BGN
Price per minute to all other national networks – 0.32 BGN
Price per MB over the bundle – 0.60 BGM.
1GB data traffic is equal to 1024 MB
The prices are in BGN with VAT included. Prices for data traffic are valid within the M-Tel network only
Charging method- per 1 KB for data traffic, per second for voice services after the first 60 seconds.

All other services are charged according to the current prices of M-Tel.The monthly credit limit of 60 lv. VAT inclusive applies only for new subscribers. Upon payment of three consecutive monthly invoices customer may request increasing of the credit limit up to 84 or 240 lv.
