With your Prima prepaid card you can call all networks in Bulgaria and abroad. Each time you top up you get bonuses. With your Prima card you also use many more services: Friends & Family, Voicemail, SOS services, Roaming.

- Your prepaid SIM card is valid as follows:
- active period (12 months from activation date) during which you can use it for all kinds of services it provides.
- extra passive period (the last, 13th month) during which you can only receive text messages and incoming calls. If within this period you do not top up your account with a new voucher, your card will be deactivated..
- On the day you top up your account with more than 10 leva, your card’s validity extends by another 13 months (12 active and 1 extra).
- Topping up with up to 9 leva inclusive doesn’t extend the prepaid card’s validity term. Please note that a top up made in the 12th or 13th month extends the validity term by 2 months (1 active and 1 extra).
- If you top up with a total of 10 leva (e.g. 2 vouchers worth no less than 5 leva each) or more within 30 days, your card’s validity will be extended by 12 months of active use and 1 month of passive use.
